Australian Centre for the Moving Image - If you are a member of a film club you can gain access to their lending collection, which includes a lot of older films and TV shows on DVD, VHS and 16mm.

National Film and Sound Archive - the official government collection. They do have a few titles for sale.

Trash Video - A large collection of Australian and other cult film titles. They still rent out VHS movies from their collection to the general public.
